Try to have as colourful a diet as you can! (Skittles don’t count, but taste the rainbow in other ways!) Here are some things you could eat to get colour in your diet:
Red: Raspberries, tomatoes, red-currants, red apples, red pepper, cranberries, strawberries.
Orange: Oranges, carrots, pumpkin, suede, squash, sweet potato, peaches.
Yellow: Bananas, yellow pepper, lemon, pineapple, sweetcorn, turnips.
Green: Kiwi, green apples, broccoli, green beans, spinach, kale, cress, green grapes, lime, cucumber, avocado.
Blue: Blueberries, blackberries, prunes, figs, elderberries.
